FRP Tank Mandiox / AS-FE-MN Filter Systems
Our FRP tank Mandiox / AS-FE-MN filter systems are designed for high-efficiency water filtration and industrial applications. They are equipped with time-controlled backwash and electric actuator cast butterfly valves.
The underdrain structure, featuring an octopus diffuser design, enhances filtration efficiency. Surface piping is made of PVC-U material, and epoxy-coated chassis options are available.
FRP tank models stand out for their lightweight and corrosion-resistant design, while epoxy-coated ST-37 tank models are suitable for high-pressure and heavy industrial applications.
The system includes sample taps and manometers at the inlet and outlet. Electrical supply is designed as 220V, 50 Hz single-phase. For pneumatic valve options, air supply is provided by the customer. The recommended minimum compressor capacity is 100 l/min @ 8 bar.
All systems are optimized to provide homogeneous filtration, easy valve access, and long service life. Various capacity options are available to meet your water treatment needs.
