WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS - HYDROBIO
HydroBio is a compact wastewater treatment system designed for capacities ranging from 50 to 600 population equivalents. The system consists of an aeration tank, sedimentation tank, sludge storage tank, and associated equipment.
After entering the aeration tank, wastewater undergoes biological treatment by aerobic microorganisms under extended aeration conditions. Necessary oxygen for this process is supplied via blowers and diffusers.
In the sedimentation tank, stabilized sludge settles to the bottom while treated water is subjected to chlorination and then discharged.
To maintain efficiency, a portion of the settled sludge is returned to the aeration tank using an airlift pump, while excess sludge is periodically transferred to the sludge storage tank. With an additional unit, treated water can be reused for irrigation purposes.
