EXPLANATIONS ON APPLICATIONS TO OUR COMPANY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA LAW NO.6698

Personal data owners who are defined as the relevant person in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (KVK Law) have been granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; The applications to be made to HSC Arıtma Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which is the data controller, regarding the application of this Law, must be submitted to us by the following methods.

If additional information is required within the scope of the evaluation of your request, you may be contacted. Your application will be finalized free of charge, and if it requires a cost, a fee may be charged in the amounts determined within the scope of the relevant legislation.
